If a dispute arises regarding your warranty coverage, please follow the steps described.
Please note that you must use the National Center for Dispute Settlement before seeking remedies through a court action pursuant to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. You may also be required to use the National Center for Dispute Settlement before seeking remedies under the Lemon Laws of your state.
