Quality Control
You may have noticed a few miles on the odometer when you took delivery of your Lexus. This mileage is a result of the comprehensive process used to ensure the quality of your vehicle. This process includes extensive inspections during and after production. The final inspection takes place at the selling dealership and includes a roadtest conducted by a trained Lexus technician.
If you’d like to know more about Lexus quality-control procedures, ask a Lexus dealership service consultant.
